The Mayor of Croydon will unveil a granite marker stone at the site on 29th September 

Release begins: The forgotten Beulah Spa natural chalybeate and saline well and spring in Upper Norwood is finally getting a fitting commemorative marker, 187 years after it first opened. The 14-feet-deep well (filled in in the 1960s) has been left totally unmarked and forgotten, under the grass lawn at the current Spa Woods.
