‘If I ruled the world’: young voices take centre stage at Croydon Heritage Festival 2015

Time Won’t Wait will collaborate with Speakers’ Corner Croydon for ‘Changing Places’ – an event blending performance, spoken word and facilitation, which will be held on Saturday 27th June 2015 during the Croydon Heritage Festival. 

Release begins: The event will invite up to 20 young people who will present their first speeches to the public with the theme “If I Ruled the World”, where thespeakers will set out a change they want to see.

On Saturday 20th June 2015 from 10 a.m., a free workshop will be held for young people age 11-18 to develop their confidence in performance and public speaking using Time Won’t Wait’s unique creative coaching method: Performology™. Lora Kravesta from Time Won’t Wait said, “We’re excited to be collaborating with Speakers’ Corner Croydon on these events and to be taking part in the Croydon Heritage Festival this year. Croydon has a vibrant population of young people and talent and we want to help develop their confidence and encourage positive self-expression.”
